  • Wrong Size: Eligible for Exchange only (No refunds).

  • Customized Products: Strictly No Refund, Return, or Exchange.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging. Items without tags will be rejected.

  • Timeframe: Requests must be raised within the return period specified on the product page.

Logistics & Fees

  • Serviceability: If a pickup service is unavailable in your area, you are required to self-ship the product to the office address.

  • Service Fees: A shipping charge of Rs. 100 per side (totaling Rs. 200 for a round trip) applies to all returns and exchanges.

  • Policy Changes: Note that return policies for specific products may change without prior notice.

Refund Process
